Delivery

Greens Artelier and our online shop Greens Online is Hong Kong based. We deliver to Hong Kong. For worldwide delivery to China and other countries, please contact in advance for arrangement.

 

You can choose to pick up at our store or enjoy delivery service.

Order In Advance

Please order 3 business days in advance. For example, order by 6pm Monday if you wish to receive your bouquet by 6pm Thursday. Supply of flowers vary due to tight supply. For styles that are currently not in stock, we will get in touch with you for adjustment.

 

Urgent Order

Same Day delivery and Next Day delivery are available upon request via WhatsApp/ Call at +852 62891981, for orders placed at least 4 hours in advance/ Only selected line applicable.

If you wish to pay with Credit Card, click Paypal Checkout. It does not require a Paypal account for checking out with your Credit Card.

No refund or exchange can be made unless product is unusable or damaged upon arrival.

Flower availabilities varies throughout seasons; change or adaptation of flower choices may apply depending on flower supply.

Order Confirmation

Goods sold to customer (Buyer) will be confirmed with an Order Confirmation from our Greens Artelier (Seller). The Order Confirmation will state all agreed transaction between customer and Greens Artelier.

Greens Artelier reserves the right to accept or decline order cancellation requests.
